Question
hi dennis, i am a pitcher and i just can't seem to get my release point at the right spot. What should i do? I have been told about the pitcher's circle and to release at that point but i just can't do it. Please help. Thanks

Answer
Hey Chris,

First of all, pitch only from the stretch. You'll know when to change back to the wind up... This will help a whole lot.  Throw 3/4 not directly overhead.. This will be more natural and will put less strain on your arm, cause it's a more natural way of throwing.  Throw only a fast ball at first... This is the pitch that you need to get over the plate, at a 90% racial.  Throw across the seams at first..  By throwing 3/4 it should help your release point.. This is the best advice can give you without watching you pitch..Let me know how it works for you..
Good Luck!!
