Question
Hi My name is Jeremy i play for Milpitas,CA   and I've been trying to throw a curve in the strike zone, but i'm having trouble it either goes too far inside or too far outside please give me advice on where and when to realease!!!!

Answer
Hi Jeremy,

I assume that you are at least 13 years old.. You could hurt your arm by throwing this too often if your younger. If you are younger, throw mostly fastballs and change-ups.. A curve ball, maybe 10 times per game may be okay depending on your size.
Number one thing is to be sure that you are throwing it right.. Be sure your arm is bent after you throw the ball. This will prevent you from hurting your arm and will help with your control.

Tone down the spin of your curve ball until you gain the needed control..  This pitch does you no good, unless you can get it over the plate.. Throw the ball at three quarters... Find a coach to help you.. I can't help too much without seeing you pitch..
Good Luck
