Question
Does a fielder choice count in as an at bat for the person? or is it like a BB  or sac.?

Answer
Mart,

In Little League Baseball, it would count as an at bat.  In Major League Baseball, it is considered a time at bat.

For future reference, there is four instances where you would not credit a time at bat:

1.) A Base on Balls
2.) A Sacrifice Fly or Sacrifice Bunt
3.) Hit by Pitch
4.) Awarded 1st Base due to Interference or Obstruction

I hope this has answered your question, should you have anymore, please let me know.
