Question
if a 11 yr old girls plays 2 innings a game for three in park games and is humilated by the coach and refuses to play for that coach. can she return to a minor league team for the rest of the season?

It sounds like you have a problem in regards to Playing Regulations.  Little League requires that every player participate for 6 consecutive outs (2 innings) and one at-bat.  If a player is not receiving their mandatory play, then you need to contact your Division Director/Player Agent.  As for the coaches actions, contact your Division Director or write your Board of Directors.

As for moving a player, you will need to check with your Board of Directors for their procedure on Player Replacements.
