Baseball Instruction/pitching release point

Question
what are good drills or excercises i can do to pitch more accurately and get a consistent release point? Thanks

Answer
Hey Chris,

Throw against a factory wall over and over again.. Chalk up a strike zone and aim at certain spots.. Throw 3/4 not directly overhand.. There is less strain on the arm this way.. Make sure your arm brushes your knee after you throw, so to be sure to follow thru.. Pitch from the stretch, at first.. You should be more accurate.. Also always be sure to step in the same spot after every pitch.
Good Luck!..
