Baseball Instruction/release point

Question
what are good drills or excercises i can do to pitch more accurately and get a consistent release point? Thanks

Answer
To be honest you can do all the drills you want to but since baseball is 90% mental you more than likely need to work on your mental game on the mound. You need to focus on feeling where that release point is on all loctions around the plate. The thing you have to remember is to try to get your chest over your front knee. And then try to see your self release the ball out in front of you.You can also try to work the towel drill. If you have never heard of this send me a note and I will explain it.Thanks
