Baseball Instruction/Relief pitches allowed

Question
Is there any NCAA rule regarding the number of relief pitchers allowed in a game/inning?

Answer
Bob,

I don't have the college rulebook, but each reliever must complete an at bat against a hitter after they come in (unless they are injured).  If hitters keep getting hits and the manager keeps replacing them after they face a single batter, then quite a few pitchers could theoretically see action.

Hope this helps!
