Question what levels of play are skull caps allowed are they allowed in AAU,ECTB and little league?
Answer Emily,
I assume you are asking about the two piece catchers mask when you say skull caps. I believe little league and AAU levels all require the one piece "hockey style" mask. I am from the New England area and most states here all require the "hockey style" mask. The only level that I know the two piece mask can be used is the high school level. Check the other experts in this baseball instruction category, I believe there are some umpires that can give you a better idea of this ruling.
