Question In Cal Ripken 10U Baseball can the runner advance to second on a walk without stopping on first base. Once the batter walks he takes off running and does not stop until he gets to second.

I'm not that familiar with that league, but typically a runner can charge down to first after a walk and make the turn and run to second. The ball isn't dead after a walk, so the runner can procede at their own risk.
