Question
Hi John,

I coach an 11U baseball team in Michigan. I believe in being well prepared/organized for practices and am wondering if you can suggest any good books or material regarding practice drills, etc for this age group.  Thanks.

Answer
Dave,
The best book that I have ever used has been Ron Polks Baseball Playbook.  My book was from my grandfather who gave it to my dad who then gave it to me.  I believe I have one of the original books so I am not sure if it has changed.  This book covers everything from team organization to field maintenance and everything in between.  You can see their website and order the book at www.baseballplaybook.com.

Good Luck,
