Question
Hey Willie,                                                                        This is Hector M. Castillo Junior from Plainview, TX. I was just wondering how are you doing? Well anyways I was really wondering what kind of work out should I do to get ready for baseball season but I don't want to get too big because I also run long distance so I just really wanted to get in shape and like ripped. And may I wish you and your family a merry Christmas!

Answer
Hello Hector. It is good to hear from you and I am doing fine.Well this time of the year you should be trying to work out all the kinks in your swing. You should be lifting some light weight and doing more reps.If you are getting ready for baseball you should get away from running alot of distance and working on sprinting and quickness drills.
