Hi, Im 19 yrs old, 6'1 and weight about 180. I throw about 85 now and was
wondering if there is anything i can do the work on arm strength and gain
velocity

Nutrition & food intake is the first item to consider believe it or not......Find you a good local dietitian in your school or a local hospital.  Protein intake & carbs will build the proper energy needed for muscle strength w/out the "bulk" from lifting.

Lifting & exercise is very important also, but diet is the first challenge.
