Is the drop third strike still in play with two outs bases loaded

Answer
Two outs & a dropped thrid strike is a playabler situation no matter who is on base.  Gotta run it out....

You also run it out no matter how many outs if first base is unoccupied at any time.

OK, I can handle the small as a coach, but I can't handle your slow time....Size is NOT the major factor, but let's work on your 40 time quickly.
