Question
i drafted a boy in the third round who has a brother,im the manager and was told i had to draft my son in the fourth round.in the fifth round the brother was drafted by another manager.at the end of the draft i was forced to make a trade because i was told i didnt protect him,and now i lost my selection.i was wondering if this was a rules violation and if so what can i do about it.thanks

With a brother option, you need to pick up the second brother in the next successive round. Your son must be picked up within the specific round for his league age. Unfortunately, you picked a brother option in the wrong round. I would have picked up the brothers in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, and your son in the 4th. It doesn't look like any regulations were violated. Chalk this year up as a learning experience.
