Question
hey i have a question about a strong throwing arm. I've bought 2 weighted baseballs one i bought last year that was 8 oz. now it feels like a regular  even though it still weights 8 oz. but every time i throw a regular baseball i don't really see a difference in speed or if Im throwing it harder than before or not. now i bought a ball that weights 3 pounds and i only warm up with that ball. so my question is "Is there any work out or drill that can increase my arm strength as well as my accuracy?

i would really appreciate your help thanks.

Answer
You feel no difference because a "regular" game ball is actually nine ounces in middle through pros.....A eight ounce weighted ball is for 7-10 year olds as they gain strength in their arms....

The best way to increase arm speed is to do lots of stretching exercises, not weights necessarily.
