Question
what is the proper way to hold the bat ,and swing it.
Everyone will tell you that the best way to hold the bat is to line the nuckles up but that is not comfortable for everyone. What I think and teach is that if you take your hand back as if you are going to punch someone and then put your bat in your hand then that is how you should your bat.This will put your bat at the right angle.
