Question
i think its more mental than it is with my swing cause when i get behind the count my coach says i panache and swing at pitches that are not in my zone

Answer
Well you just need to change your approach. Be aggressive early in the count on fastballs. If you have to give up an at bat and just make sure you watch the ball from the pitchers hand to the glove. Most of the time a slump happens when you are not seeing the ball well.
