Baseball Instruction/Basball Scoring Scenario

Question
Bases Loaded. Two Outs. Infield pop fly w/o fly rule in effect.  Ball is dropped by SS.  Batter reaches First.  Runner on Second in hung up and is finally put out in a run down (tagged).  Two runs score in the process.  Do one or both runs count?

Answer
Patrick,
I believe both runs count because they crossed the plate before the third out.  However I cannot find any documentation in any rule book to give you as an example.  I would recommend giving this question to one of the baseball rules experts.

Thank You,
