Baseball Instruction/First time coach (ages 6 & 7)

Question
This is my first year coaching "coach pitch" for 6 and 7 year olds and I'd like some direction on how best to coach my kids.  Are there any specific drills that are easy for the kids to understand?  What is the easiest way to teach them without getting bored?  How many and how long should practices run?  Are there any videos I can watch to get some ideas that you recommend?  Any ideas and advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.  I'm excited about coaching and I don't want to let my kids down.
