Question
ther are runners on 1 and 3 2 out. The batter hits a home run over the fence but the batter fails to touch 2nd while rounding he bases. the opposing team appeals and the batter is called out. How many runs score?

Answer
Both runners will score. An appeal is a time play, so both runners scored before the appeal was made. However, if the appeal was, for example, on R3 missing home, none of the runs would count as the runner missed their base prior to others touching it.
