1.Is it a official visit when a coach visit the mound between innings,during warm up?
2.Is IT SHOWING UP A UMPIRE IF AFTER A DELAYED CALLED STRIKE 3, THE THIRD BASE COACH RUNS UP THE LEFT FIELD FOUL.NOT SAYING ANYTHING? 12U SOFTBALL REC LEAGUE

If the coach at the mound during the warmups is delaying the game, I will warn the coach that I will charge him a visit if he delays my game. Should he do it again, charge him with a visit.
As for number two, I have a feeling that because you typed it in all caps that you already know the answer.
