Question
What is your opinion on subistutions in little league.  i.e. double swtich or reentry etc.

also what is your recommendation on pitch count etc.

Answer
Hey Jake,

I vote for continuous batting and everyone must play the field at least three innings.  All 13 batters bat, and each must play on the field for 3 innings.. Switch as you like..
Everyone plays. There is still room for 5 players to play a full game if you want..
I recommend pitching no more than 5 innings per game, about 65 pitches..
