Question
Hey Willie i was wondering how can I change my arm slot to overhand or at least a 3/4 arm slot because my arm has been hurting after I pitch and my coach told me its because of the way my arm slot  which is lower than 3/4 I am 15 years old 6'3 (still growing) & i throw anywhere from mid 70-74 to high 70's (77-79) i want a long career in baseball & i understand that by throwing wrong i can mess up my arm.

Answer
HARD WORK!!! It is going to take a lot of hard work. You will have to just move your arm in a throwing motion every free moment you get. I have a kid on my team who threw the same way and he began to do this every free moment he had and he changed his.Pitcher you are standing in a clock.12 would be right over your head. You want to be throwing at 1 o clock. 1 30 would not be bad either.Right now you are throwing at about 3 oclock.Work on it everyday and you will see the change.
