Question
Hi my name is Amber I have a 7yr old son,we(our team)keep having trouble with the opposite teams it all started with one team. We live in a small town and politics run this game and it it sad for these children so i was just needing a little info. Is there any way to have anybody over our small town board check out our corrupt system. And one other question,if a player is running home and the other team has the ball in one hand and tagged our player with an empty glove is our runner considered out thank you so much for your time i am sorry this is so long we are just have a horrible board everyone of them need to be thrown out and replaced

Answer
Amber I am sorry you are having this same problem as many people through out the country are having. The only  thing I know to do is to get as many people on the board who think as you do.No the runner is not  out if he is tagged with the glove without the ball being in the glove. You can touch a base like that but not a player.
