Baseball Instruction/When do you start the front foot?

Question
When do you start the front foot moving? As the pitcher turns? As they get to their release point? Or, after they release the ball? I'm having issues with my timing.

Answer
It all depends on how much movement you have in your timing but the place to start is when he puts his foot down then you pick yours up.The you adjust from there. If he is throwing a little harder then you may start a little earlier. If he is throwing slower you may start as his hand comes forward or as he releases.
