Baseball Instruction/turning wrist over

Question
My now 12 yr old son has been turning his wrist over after throwing the baseball.  Do you have any drills or advise that can help correct this problem.  He is also a pitcher while he doesn't turn wrist all time while pitching, he does have bad days where he does and it effects his capabilities.  Help us please.

Answer
Hey Michelle,
Without seeing him, this is a tough call. Have your son throw three quarters or even side arm from first to third for awhile. Start from the pitchers mound to first and keep backing up till he gets to third.. After a few days try throwing regular..He may even be more accurate throwing this way..Good Luck and keep in touch.
