I have to ask this question on balking, even though you say you don't want to answer them.Well here's hoping you will.Can the first and third basemen balk by fielding the ball standing outside the base line?

I hate answering balk questions because they usually require judgement which isn't possible without seeing the play.  But this one is not a judgement call so I'm happy to answer.

No.  There is nothing a fielder can do that results in a balk.  It is all on the pitcher.
