hey, this is deshaun. i love the game of baseball. i love playing and watching it. but when i step into the batters box, i get scared of getting hit by the pitch. do you have any advice or drills i can do to help me?
Learn how to duck fast! No just kidding. You can learn to roll away from a pitch.That means if I am right handed and A pitch is coming into my chin area I learn to take my left foot and shoulder back toward the catcher. This will allow me to roll out of the way and if I am hit it will only be a graze and not a full blow.
