Baseball Instruction/switch hitting

Question
I am 13 years old and bat 3rd or 4th in the line-up. should i start switch hitting or continue to bat right handed because i am a power hitter?

Answer
Hey Bob,
If your doing everything right and batting third, why change anything. Unless you can hit for power batting lefty, it doesn't make sense.  Remember, you would be batting lefty much more than you would be batting righty.  I don't think your coach would be too happy and you probably wouldn't bat third when you're batting lefty either. If you were a natural left handed hitter, it would make more sense.
