Question
I am 15 i didn't tryout for high school this year and stuck with town but i had 16 K's in a game and he talked to my coach and wants me to tryout.  Before trouts tho i wuld like to learn to devol more arm strength i am throwin about 75 right now with a sidarm sinker and a very looping curve ball which i would like to improve could you give me some tips thanks

Building arm strength is a process and there is only so much you can do.One thing is get on a good weight trainning program. Getting stronger can really help.Next I would say is to long toss at least 3 days a week.Try to make sure you trow at least 20 mmin at least 3 times awaeek.
