Question
Guys,
What is the best way to increase arm-strenght?

Answer
Weight lifting, throwing and stretching. Get on a good program in all three. You should be lifting 3 days a week. Don't go to heavy on chest and shoulders when your benching. When your doing curls do the hammer curls. Regular curls tend to shorten the biceps where as hammer curls lengthen the muscles. Kill the legs and get them as strong as possible. Try to throw at least 20 minutes 3 days a week. Working your long toss program in. The last 5 min you should have worked your way all the way back to about 70-90 ft. Stretch on a daily bases as the more fluid you are the quicker your arm will move.
