Baseball Instruction/cal ripken pitching rules

Question
My question is two fold. I am a coach in the State of Michigan for a Cal Ripken Major league team 11 - 12 yr. olds. My questions are A. For 2010 season is the restriction for a pitcher the number of pitches per game?, the number of outs per game?, number of innings per game, or a combination of all? B. Do all leagues sites utilizing Cal Ripken league rules have to abide by the same rules, or can they add in house additions to their own league rules?

Thank you in advance

Answer
Hey Mike,

I wish that I could help you more, but house rules DO change for different leagues. Some restrict pitchers to pitches, some to the amount of innings per day and week.. etc...
You really need to talk to your in-house commissioner.
