Baseball Instruction/Another Player steps on the Pitchers mound after a warm up pitch

Question
What is the ruling in Little League That if a Pitcher is warming up and after a second toss another player touches the pitchers mound? I had this happen in a game...does this player now become the pitcher?

Answer
Kim:  Thank you for your question.

In looking through the Little League Rule Book, I have been unable to find a reference to a rule like the one described.

If you could describe the situation you encountered in detail for me, I should be able to sort it out with additional information.

If you could resubmit the question with the additional details, we will take a run at it.

Thanks!

Yours in baseball,

Rick
