Question
At a Little league game last night a batter popped (up @ 7 ft.) a ball that landed foul along the first base line.It hit something and bounced into fair territory. Was it a fair ball or a foul ball?

If the ball did not touch anything foreign in foul territory, and the ball hit something like a lump of grass, sprinkler head, etc., and settled in or touched in fair territory before reaching or passing first base than it is a fair ball.
