Baseball Instruction/Fun Drills for Youngsters

Question
I am running a Pee Wee baseball program over the summer for 7-8 year olds.  It's very hard to design drills that work on fundamentals and still be fun and entertaining for the kids.  Do you have any ideas for fun and interactive drills or games that will work on their fundamentals and keep them concentrating?

Answer
I think instead of worrying about fun you make sure the kids are doing the fundmentals correctly.Make practice time shorter so that they get in and get out and will focus more.Have the kids compete to be the best practice player. Set up things to compete for.Like out of 5 ground balls how mant good throw they make to first. How mant pop ups they can catch.Add the points up and give them some baseball cards or something.
