Question
hey hows it going? I'm 20 yrs old and ive been outta the game for about two years. I've been playing ball since i was 3 and it just evolved and grew with me, so im dying to get back on the diamond. I got back on the field a cpl weeks ago with a buddy to hit some soft toss and loosen up the arm. Took some ground balls my fielding still seems to be pretty solid. My question to you is what can i do in regards to workouts and training to get my arm strength back and hitting mechanics down. Will take any advice to get me back to 100%. thanks alot

Answer
Sedrick:  Thank you for your question.

If you could resubmit with some additional info it will help, mostly need to know at what level you would like to get back in at.

Are you looking to walk on at a JC or a 4 year school, or compete in local amateur leagues?

Thanks!

Yours in baseball,

Rick
