| Comment | Wow, great service. Thank you Mr. Mullins!! Answered in less than 24 hours. FYI to anybody wondering, the final outcome was the protest was upheld and the game replayed. Apparently Washington State deviated from the NHFS on this point only very recently, and a batter using a banned bat is no longer to be ejected. I prefer the NHFS policy. Especially since in the case I was asking about, the use of the banned bat was deliberate, as an effort was made before the game to hide the bat from inspection. | ||
