Good evening Martin,
If 10 year old boy is playing in the Little League majors division for the regular season, will subbing for a junior league team for two innings make him ineligible for the 9/10 year old district all star team if all other all star eligibility requirements are met?

Ray,

A 10 year old player SHOULD HAVE NEVER PLAYED IN THE JUNIOR DIVISION.

I would say that would be an issue and needs to be addressed by your District Administrator.  While the book does not say he is ineligible, there might be other issues to address.
