2 runners meet on bag one running back other forward they hit each other on bag wat is call
Hi Greg,
unless it's a forced play, the trailing runner can be tagged as out. If it is a forced play, the leading runner can be called 'out' by a tag or by touching the base that was not achieved by the leading runner.
