Question
Hi,
My name is Jack and im 18 years old. I've been playing baseball since i was 4. I have recently learn't bad habbits with regards to my throwing technique people are telling me different ways in which my technique is wrong and how i could improve. i know i have a problem with my throwing mechanics as i'm finishing with a sore elbow after state team training. I'm curious as to how i should combat this. I know i get my sore elbow because i snap my elbow at the forward extension of my arm when throwing after letting the ball go.

Cheers, Jack

Answer
Now the easy answer would be to stop snapping the elbow. The hard part is trying to see what you are doing.Without seeing you throw,I would have to say that most peoples problem when their elbow is hurting means they are dropping their elbow during the throw. So try and keep the elbow up.
