Baseball Instruction/Blown Saves

Question
Similar to a previous question - can the SAME pitcher be charged with two blown saves in the same game?

Answer
Dennis,

Blown saves are not an official major league statistic.  So the record book is mute on how they are handed out.  I guess it is up to whatever authority is collecting the stat.

I would think the same pitcher could get two in a game given how I've seen them awarded, but I've never seen the situation happen.

Hope this helps!
