Question
Good Morning, I have 2:
1. When defensive team intentionally walks a batter:
   a. do we add 4 pitches to the pitch count?
   b. can the off. team request that the pitches be thrown?

2. How many times can a manager visit the mound in a game, without pulling the pitcher.  (I know that the manager must pull the second visit in an inning)

Thanks

Answer
Hey Jon,

You do NOT add the 4 pitches to the pitchers pitch count.
No, you can not request that the pitcher throw the 4 pitches.
There is no official limit to mound appearances in a game, but your house rules may have a league rule about this.
The league commisioner may want to limit these appearances to move the game along... I would agree to limit the trips.
