Question
Are the kids aloud to crowd around the plate in someone hits a homerun in Little League?

Answer
Hey Trish,

As long as it doesn't interfer with the play, it is perfectly okay.  When a batter hits one over the fence, it is an automatic home run, so it's no big deal.  If the ball his hit for a home run without a fence, then I would not recommend anyone touching the batter until he touches home plate and the umpire yells "safe."
