I caoched my son last year in t-ball and I am leaving it up to the coaches this year for machine pitch. However, the coaches are not much for explaining the rules. What is a good source for official LL machine pitch rules?

A good source for the official little league rules is:

Typically, these rules are followed with local league deviations to allow for machine pitch.  What you probably need is a copy of the local rules that discuss the differences from the official rule book.
