Well, I am a pitcher, and a shortstop, and once in a while everything just falls apart and i want to know how to not let that happen, for instance when fielders make errors for me on the mound there's nothing to do, or when I can't hit the ball at the plate anymore or just make errors at short, sort of like what A-Rod's doing right now
Answer Jake, please understand that a great MAJOR LEAGUE HITTER MAKES AN OUT 7 OUT OF 10 TIMES HE BATS.Failue is a part of the game.Try the 3 second rule.take 3 seconds to deal with the mistake or error then replace it with positive thoughts.Every good player has to have surpreme CONFIDENCE.Believe in yourself at all times even when you fail.There will be a next time and you will make the pitch.You will get the hit.Yopu will catch the ball.
