Baseball Instruction/run scored during 3rd out play

Question
My question is that the other team had bases loaded and the batter hits the ball to the second baseman who tags the runner right before he gets to second.  The batting team had a player go accross home plate before the tag even though the bases were loaded is this still not a force out because the bases were loaded to begin with and the run does not count?

Answer
Hey Bill.

The play works "AS" a force play.  All rules apply as if the throw was to second base.  If that is the third out in the inning, the run does "NOT" count.  The runner going to second base, has no choice but to go forward.
How did the umpire call it?
