hello are the best pitchers the ones who can throw the fastest i have never played baseball before im from england but i can throw very fast i would love to have a go

Throwing fast in baseball is definitely a great advantage!  The other skills required are the ability to throw with accuracy (four balls outside of the strike zone before three are in the strike zone will allow the batter to reach base), vary the speed of the ball, and throw a ball that curves.
