Baseball Instruction/warm up

im 14 and a very good pither.. im undefeated for the past 2 years.  but everyonce in a while ill get a sore elbow. i think its because i dont warm up enough every inning. how many warm up throw before each inning.

Major leaguers are limited to 8 warm up tosses before each new inning.  That is the rule that they have to follow.

I'm guessing maybe one reason your elbow is sore is that you are throwing curve balls or sliders.  Those pitches are very hard on the arm, particularly someone who is still growing.

Stick with the fastball and changeup for a few more years.  Don't start throwing the breaking stuff until you are 17 or 18.
