I hope you can help me I know nothing about baseball and the internet was no help and this is one of my problem solving homework due friday.

Answer
Howdy- I assume that you mean the winner of the Wprld Series clinching fourth victory. so here you go:
2005,deciding  game winning pitcher : Freddy Garcia, White Sox, 0.00 ERA in series,
                   14-8, 3.89 during regular season
2006, deciding game winning pitcher,- Jeff Weaver, Cardinals, 2.77 ERA in Series,
                    5-4, 5.18 during regular season
2007, deciding game winning pitcher- Jon Lester, Red Sox, 0.00 ERA in Series,
                   4-0, 4.54 during regular season

There weren't any no-hitters by any of these gents.

I hope this helps you.
