Who was the last player to steal 2nd, 3rd and home all in one inning?

Oddly enough, the last instance in both leagues was in 1996.

AL -- Chris Stynes, Kansas City, May 12, 1996, 1st inning
NL -- Eric Young, Colorado, June 30, 1996, 3rd inning

BTW, Ty Cobb did this 4 times in his career, the major league record.
